Subject: Namaste off the yoga mat - truly Buddhist
Manduka Yoga Mats sponsored a contest to yoga practitioners to express how they practice namaste after they get off the mat. This is what the winner submitted:
"Namaste off the mat means I'm open... to being mistaken, wrong, broken, whole, part, perfect, imperfect, in harmony or in conflict. The edge of the mat and the beginning & end of the practice is every moment of every encounter and the surprise of shared joy. Smile at strangers and laugh at inappropriate moments!"
Wishing you all a day of deep namaste!
