Look at it right now...the flowers are amazing. The Magnolia tree in the Jizo garden is sick; Tony is slowly trimming away the dead branches. fm

FM - This looks fine with me.  I do wonder about the health of the Magnolia outside the BH.  At times, it has looked "sickly".

Hi folks, I just received this bid from Tony. I asked him to separate the two bids.

We have plenty of clean up to do and removal of the Palm near the stairs (San Marino) at the Nilotpala. This Palm is getting dangerous and out of control, so we need to take it out, no question on this one.

As Tony and I walked the grounds he noticed the 4 tall palms at the corner of San Marino and Irolo. We have had difficulty with these trees; they grow over the roof and then we get rats and bug infestations in the apartments on that corner. Charles has been climbing up there trimming them away from the building; during Rohatsu I caught he and EV up there with a chain saw hanging over the side of the roof trying to trim it.
Tony recommended that we take these 4 tall Palm trees out and plant one nice tree towards the front, away from the building. He seldom pushes to remove anything, but really encouraged us to do this; they are bad for the roof and siding, plus all of those damn seeds. Also when the fronds fall they are dangerous...so what do you all think??

The other section of the bid as you see is mostly trimming and cleaning some of our trees up; he did not want us to remove the Eugenia but to clean it up; you will see the other items.

      I would appreciate your feedback.........soon.   Faith-Mind
