- I smell insurance fraud.
Having now established a value of "what someone else would pay for it", they could try to insure the property for it's "market value".
At best, it's unethical, and our problem in America today is that we've gone way too far down the road of "He didn't hurt ME.. let him go."
With all the fees they charge, there's GOT to be something in the epay terms of service that disallows auctions on items never intended to be sold.
