      there was a message from Microfigs contacting me about the glitch and
      wanting me to confirm my order so that they can send it to me tomorrow! So,
      YESSS! Their service is to be commended! Thank you, Microfigs!!

      one of their factories through their website back on 10/12, my credit card
      was charged, but I haven't received the shipment or any word from them since
      then! I even emailed them at their "contact address" but still no word
      back.....So, I was beginning to think that I had been taken. I will call
      them today on their phone line and see if my order fell through in that
      glitch! Thanks again!!

      Also, I have been longing for a diesel servicing setup for a long
      time.....something to look forward too in the future!!

      I recently had a good experience with a Canadian vendor, Microfigs, Inc.
      They make containers and a grain elevator complex that I wanted to buy,
      among other things. I visited their website, www.microfigs.com , and
      placed an order. There was a problem with their ISP, however, and the
      site confirmed the order but did not retain the information.

      Several weeks later I inquired about the order and was told of the
      website glitch. They insisted, despite my resistance, on including some
      extra items worth more than $25Can as compensation for my minor
      inconvenience. I received all the items and they are excellent.
      Microfigs is coming out with a diesel servicing setup in Z, and I cannot

      Just thought I'd let the members know about a vendor who is serious
      about service. The usual disclaimer: I have no kin working for said
      vendor or monetary interest in the company, etc. My only connection is
      that of satisfied customer.
