Fw: [z_scale] Sunday's Chat
- The Microsoft Java Virtual Machine is no longer available from Microsoft directly due to legal wrangling with SUN, however it still can be downloaded from http://www.java-virtual-machine.net/download.html<http://www.java-virtual-machine.net/download.html>.
Or go to one of the Java Virtual Machine download links:
Then install the Microsoft Virtual Machine thusly:
1.. Download the file using the links above and save it to your hard drive.
2.. Once the file is on your hard drive, execute it and thus load the Virtual Machine.
3.. As the file begins execution, answer Yes to the License Agreement question and then once complete, re-boot<http://www.java-virtual-machine.net/errh.html> your PC.
4.. Once the PC is re-booted you should be set to go.

Subject: [z_scale] Sunday's Chat
I want to thank Jeffrey and Jim for trying to help me be able to
participate in the Chat, but discovered that since the beginning of
the year MS will not support JAVA due to some kind of dispute. Our
system was installed early this year. I believe this explains why I
never could find the enable command for Java in my IE options. I'm
open to any other suggestions/help as I would greatly enjoy the
opportunity to follow/maybe contribute to the Chat. I wonder if
anybody else ran into this?
