- its just a brass shell on a Marklin motor, so the mechanical performance is
nothing different, The price could have been better but it was cheaper than
the AZL steam locos, It would have been less if I had bought the kit version
and assembled and painted it myself. Aspen only offers the Milwaukee Road
version now as R-T-R, but there are some New York Central and Chesapeake
and Ohio versions floating around out there. If you don`t want to wait for
Aspen to get around to providing one , PennZee and Bob`s of Kansas (or is it
Missouri, now,) used to have some in stock but may be sold out by now?
