      There are commercial people who basically 3D print low volume moulds.
      It's cost effective for a few hundred items in certain formats.

      We still have a variety of UK toolmakers, dunno what the US situation is
      like. Over here it's mostly the more specialist and complex mouldings
      that you can no longer get produced.
