Does it move if pushed when the shifter is in _neutral_? It could just bee that clutch has bonded itself to the flywheel or the pressure plate. There's a fix

Definitely change the fuel filter, empty the tank and if you can, blow the carb out... we had all kinds of gunk in the tank and filter last night... Jordan
