Does it move if pushed when the shifter is in _neutral_? It could just bee that clutch has bonded itself to the flywheel or the pressure plate. There's a fix

There is a metal type of bearing of some sort along with an outer seal. They are Farley easy to change out as long as you can get the ball joint undone.
