      Dear friends
      We have pleasure in announcing the following Himalayan trekking
      program during the end of august 2013 and first week of september 2013 covering Yamunotri/Saptarishi Kund and Har Ki Dun or Yamunotri/Saptarishi Kund/Gangotri/Gaumukh/Harsil ( either any one of the program will be conducted) as detailed below including journey period from New Delhi to New Delhi.

      TREK AT YAMUNOTRI/SAPTARISHI KUND/HARSIL/GANGOTRI/GAUMUKH

      Date : 26/08/2013 TO 06/09/2013
      Nature of Trek : Difficult
      Cost : rs15000/per person (from New Delhi to New Delhi)
      No of days : 12 days including journey period

      The cost as mentioned above, includes travel by non a/c
      train/ non a/c public bus from New Delhi to Haridwar and by public bus from Haridwar till we return back to Haridwar and from Haridwar to New Delhi by non a/c train/non a/c bus,simple vegetarian food ,sharing dormitory or sharing room accomodation, trekking and guide charges,forest entry fees if any.
      PLEASE NOTE THAT PARTICIPANTS ARE REQUESTED TO REPORT EITHER AT NEW DELHI RAILWAY STATION OR AT INTER STATE BUS TERMINAL, DELHI FROM THEIR PLACE OF HOME TOWN AND RETURN BACK TO THEIR HOME PLACE FROM NEW DELHI AT THEIR OWN COST.EXACT LOCATION OF PLACE OF REPORTING WILL BE INFORMED ONE WEEK IN ADVANCE BEFORE THE COMMENCEMENT OF THE JOURNEY TO HARIDWAR.
      Participants are requested to pay entry fees and their camera charges other than forest entry fee wherever applicable.charges for use of horse or porters for self is to be borne by the participants themselves. Amt once paid will not be refunded unless suitable substitute is arranged by the participant for their place before the commencement of the journey from New Delhi. please note that amt will not be refunded either part or full in case if participant leave the group during the middle of the program due to any of their personal reasons. the program schedule or trek route may be modifide or altered depending upon the advice of guides/forest dept instructions(wherever applicable), unforeseen circumstances like landslide/rain/strike/any other disturbances,etc keeping in mind the safety and interest of the participants and in this regard the decision of the organisers is final and binding on all the participants. further smoking and use of alcohol is not allowed during the program period. simple vegetarian break fast,lunch and dinner will be provided uniformly to all the participants and if any participant wishes to take other than what common/uniform food provided by the organisers, such participants only have to bear that cost and organisers will not either pay cash or provide alternate food separately.cost of mineral water/cool drinks/milk shakes/ice creams, etc..have to be paid by the concerned participant only. registered participants are requested to cooperate for the success of the program.

      Nature of Trek: the nature of trek is DIFFICULT and hence participants who had experience in trekking earlier and/or trekked in Himalayan terrains or ranges at higher altitudes/levels are only requested to join and are requested to decide properly before registration for this trek. Will power and good health is most important to trek in the mountain ranges and one will definitely enjoy the trek in this mountain terrain if one really loves nature
      and glaciers...

      PLEASE NOTE THAT IF NUMBER OF DAYS EXCEEDS BEYOND 12 DAYS DUE TO LANDSLIDES/ROAD BLOCK OR ANY OTHER UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES , PARTICIPANTS HAVE TO BEAR/PAY ADDITIONAL COST FOR OVERSTAY/ON THE EXCEEDING NUMBER OF DAYS TOWARDS FOOD/ACCOMODATION AND
      TRAVELL COST(IF TAKEN DIFFERENT ROUTE).

      Interested friends who wish to join to this programme are
      requested to make advance payment of rs5000/per person by cash on or before 10th july 2013 and balance amt one week before the commencement of the programe. confirmation of seats will be given on payment of advance amount of rs5000/only.this is a tentative programme and dates and cost of the programme may undergo changes depends on if any increase in bus fare/food/rent on accomodation
