The resize monitor iframe doesn't wrap the entire content of the
page. It is just inserted as the first child of the body and is used
for being able to provide an event that fires when the user resizes
the text. If you aren't listening for that event, you can turn off
use of the iframe by setting the "monitorresize" configuration
property to false.
