Thanks for the response. I would like to use it for a DD, not a
DDTarget. My position: fixed elements perform as expected in all the
browsers I've checked. The only thing that didn't work was drag and
drop, because YUI doesn't take the fixed positioning into account when
it's calculating mouse hits - for some reason, it uses a position cache
instead of attaching listeners to the DD elements themselves (probably a
