      The DataSource does not keep a copy of the data it reads. It is
      designed to fetch, extract and parse values from different sources of
      data and it calls back whichever code requested the data passing the
      data as an argument. What the callback function does with the data, it
      doesn't care any longer. The DataSource does not keep a copy of the
      data nor it keeps an open connection to the actual source of data to
      keep it in synch.
