As I said, I'm not sure if You can do JavaScript from within VS. But I'm sure, some of the guys here will kick in and have the correkt answer.

      Hello,

I am trying to get the yahoo calendar to work.  The statement 'YAHOO.namespace( "") gives me the following error: 'namespace' is a new reserved word and should not be used as an identifier.

      Any clues?!!!

      Thank you,

I'm not absolutely sure and others may correct me, but the namespace here more or less is a global variable (YAHOO) where "namespace" is a function creating a reference underneath it. I think this differs from the namespace-concept where it's more about naming. The idea behind it is the same, allowing same function-signatures in different contexts and thus protecting them from interference.

You'll need a reference to several YAHOO js-files that will make the YAHOO namespaces available. But I'm not sure if You then could work from within VS.
