      For submissions done on a container with a form inside, the submission
      method always uses POST.

      Instead, it should use the method from the form’s ‘method’ attribute.
      This will allow the user to send GET requests as well, or even PUT
      requests (as we do, although that specific value isn’t entirely in line
      with the HTML spec).

      The attached patch modifies container.js so that it will take the method
      from the <form> tag (defaulting to ‘GET’ if not present). Per the HTTP
      specification (and some browsers), it uppercases the method name.
