drag and drop list with sub menu items

    Has anyone set up drag and drop for list items which contain sub menu items. Where one can drag one li element into a nested UL or out of said UL? Something

      Has anyone set up drag and drop for list items which contain sub menu
      items. Where one can drag one li element into a nested UL or out of
      said UL? Something like the list below for a quick example. Using
      the example the parent LI will always be what is draggable not the
      child LI. It seems to me that one could have a handle that is
      specified for each list item to make it easier to select which item to
      move, however I haven't gotten handles to work at all thus far.

      <ul>
      <li>About <ul><li>History</li><li>FAQ</li></ul></li>
      <li>Product <ul><li>Price</li><li>Options</li></ul></li>
      <li>Contact Us</li>
      </ul>
