There are known issues with Button's built-in use of the Event utility's onAvailable method and a bug has already been logged:
For the time being, you can work around the problem by calling "addClass" inside an "init" event handler that you specify as one of the configuration attributes passed to the Button constructor. This technique is mentioned in my comments on the aforementioned bug as well as demonstrated in the following example:

Another cue: When I create the button from markup at the end of the
page, which means that the markup it's already available, the
className work fine... definitely the problem is related with the
"isAvailable" mechanism inside the button control.
