      DragDrop is actually working ;)

      You issue is that you are positioning the tiles to the lower part of the page and the element #tray is sitting on top of them ;)

      Add this CSS to see:

      #tray {
         background-color: red;
      }

      Now you should see that the red box is over the tiles.

      Adding this css should fix it:
      #tray {
          z-index: -1;
      }
