I've been looking into buying a PC with:

      "Expandable chassis and motherboard

      The HP9600A Series motherboard includes
5 PCI slots, one AGP slot and 2 DIMM
slots, and the chassis includes three
5.25" external bays, one 3.5" external bay
(for floppy drive), one 3.5" internal
bay and one half-height 5.25"/3.5" hard drive
      bay."

I wonder if I could plug in the Toshiba MK6411 MAT 6.4GB into one of
these bays (there are Available bays Internal (1) 3.5", External (1)
5.25", minimally] and work on files transfers within the computer? Are
there "adaptor plugs" or something like that if the size is not right?
This would not be a commonly used hookup; just for setting up the drive
      and massive files transfer.

I've attached a Toshiba tech sheet on this drive in .pdf format.

If you get this kind of a system it will be awesome!!! It may silence the rest of us. While I am not 100% certain, you could install temporarily, using

If you get this kind of a system it will be awesome!!! It may silence the rest of us. While I am not
100% certain, you could install temporarily, using appropriate adapters and wiring harness, laptop
computer type HD. You see, the laptop type HDs are much smaller in size and from what I have
seem have a different pin connector. I would check this out in a qualified computer store.

It almost sounds like things are starting to happen. Even I am getting excited.

        Thank you
