It appears that the small political are unable to check infiltration of terrorist from Northern areas is in their ranks

Protesters torched a bus near Jauhar Chowrangi and killed its driver, an unidentified 28-year-old man. A mini-bus of route W-18 was also torched in Taimuria while an Edhi ambulance (EA-3691) was snatched near Jauhar More. Its driver, Nadeem, was injured. The eyewitnesses added that due to the tense situation in Gulistan-i-Jauhar and a blockade of Jauhar Chowrangi and Jauhar More, a long queue of vehicles had piled up. The situation in the area was tense till our going to the press.
Residents complain violence in the area often erupts and yet the rangers and police did not take adequate measures to prevent such offcurnces. It is also complained that some small elements of law enforcement is engaged in land grabbing scam and is part of land and transport and other mafias.
Even in America when one party has majority Rule, as we saw during BUSH era, the war on Terror was declared by design (just read "Plotting a New American Century, 1996, authored by Kristol and Robert Kagan (former Reagan officials ) a seminal article for Foreign Affairs magazine. Same year (1996) Perle, Douglas Feith, and David Wurmser - all later top officials in the Bush II (Son of a Bush) administration, and others produced a strategy paper for the Likud Party Leadership titled "A Clean Break: A New Strategy for Securing the Realm." In September 2000, the Project for the New American Century issued a major study, expanding on the 1992 Pentagon Guidance's theme of American Global Dominance. And a number of its authors became top officials under Bush- Jr.: Wolfowitz, Zakheim, Stephen Cambone , Abraham Shulsky in the Pentagon, David Frum as Bush's speech writer interdicting the words "Axis of Evil," and Vice President Cheney's chief of staff, Lewis Libby. A similar pattern was being used in Pakistan.
. This problem was created by Gen. Musharraf to let Karachi be governed by party of HIS CHOICE, not through public VOTING. In spite of all the rivalries, most people in Federal as well State Election are "Elected" and governance is performed through Coalition, not confrontation by One Party Rule. In 2007, I saw such a firing just by chance while travelling on the main road in Gulistan-e-Jauhar, and the armed perpetrators sped away in a RED car just in front of us on the main road. This is not an accident, but such happenings are by design. The interdiction of Blackwater or XE (Xenon Gas a deceptive name) in Pakistan was not for Security but for such occurrences.
The growing secularism that encourages superiority of one ethnic group over the other, rather than Equality based on Islamic brotherhood, the foundation on which Pakistan was created, will lead to similar state as it happened in East Pakistan (which the enemies of MUSLIMS want as prescribed in an article (that shows steps by step ways) how Pakistan may be dismembered (Ref. #1, pages 100-105 under Scenario of the Future") .
