      On my system, the error recovery was kicking in during the console's
      attempt to snync with the WWVB radio signal.

      I have made another refresh so that errors are ignored during that
      time.

        I posted a response but Yahoo seemed to have dropped it. Maybe it
        will show up later.

        I made a small change to ignore the consecutive errors if they happen
        at the top of the hour from 12AM to 7AM when the console is trying to
        sync with the WWVB radio signal.

        On my setup, the recovery logic was kicking in from 12am to 7am.

        This refresh should address that issue.
