      does not make sense to me. Is anyone else seeing this type of problem?

      What Gives? For months my barometer had no, or very few, errors. Now all
      of a sudden I have seen the errors over the past couple of days escalate
      like this. I have made no changes in the tweaks (there are none), and my
      analog barometers are reading the same as the digital. Is this being caused
      by the readings out of Kent's Hill and Fayette? Maybe those units should be
      taken off line and not considered by MADIS in their calculations. To say
      that I am not happy is an understatement.
      I think N.O.A.A. should use some of the data supplied by the CWOP members in
      calculating the forecast temperature and relative humidity. If you read my
      blog at Mainetoday.com you can see how far off the forecast data is from the
      actual recorded data for this area. Keep trying guys.

      The error value is 'analysis - observed'. I.e. if your observed value is
      higher
      than the computed value, then the error will be negative. You have to pick
      out
      the reading that is in error. The row with the time of 'Smry' is a daily
      summary
      and the data is 'mean(standard deviation)' for each observation during that
      day.
