      All,

Here are a few minor enhancements.

The instructions for the wild card uploads are in a previous post. This
enhancement was suggestion by John Liss. John, can you please
incorporate those instructions in to the online manual? Thanks in
      advance.

There are some new tool tip strings you will see when you hover over the
Delta Hi/Lo stats that require some explanation.

The tool tip will show you the time period between the high and low and
the rate of change that was seen between the high and the low. Keep in
mind this may or may not match the Rate of Change column that uses a
different method for rate calculations and is based upload the highs,
lows, and current values. The Rate of Change column is using some time
filtering to prevent wild instantaneous rate of change readings where
new Delta rate of change does not.

Keep in mind if the time stamp associated with the low is older than the
high for a particular variable, delta column will be a positive value,
and therefore the rate will be positive.

Likewise, if the low is more recent that the high, then the delta value
will be negative and so will the rate.

The idea is that you can look only at the delta value and determine
whether the high is more recent (positive value) or the low is more
      recent (negative value).

There is probably little value in looking at variables that change
rapidly like the wind speed for example. You might see some crazy value
like 650 mph rate of change but keep in mind this can be an
instantaneous rate of change if the current wind speed is the high speed
for example and the low of say 0 was only 10 seconds ago.

The real value of the new tool tips is that you can get a rough idea of
the rate of change of variables that change slowly over long periods of
time. This is just a rough linear approximation (rate = distance *time).
The time unit is hours. The unit for distance and rate of course depend
upon the variable you are looking at. For example, if you are looking at
the Delta rate of change for temperature in English units, the rate of
      change will be Deg/Hr.

Also note that the rate of change is really only meaningful for a
specified time period of less than 24 hours if the variable you are
looking at is cyclic. For example if you are looking at the delta column
at outdoor temperature, and you want to see how cold it was last night,
you would want to set your time range to say 12 hours so that you see
the low from last night and not the night before. If you enter say 24
hours, you are not sure whether the low was from last night or the night
      before.

It is possible to use the delta Hi/Lo over periods greater than say 12
hours if you know that a variable (say outdoor pressure) has been
steadily increasing over the past 24 hours. You are left to interpret
the data correctly. A safe bet is to use the ending time range of 'M'
which means since midnight before interpreting the Delta Hi/Lo
      information.

So in summary, remember that the Delta column data and tool tips
represent the High, Low, time period from high to low, and rate of
change calculation using the time stamps of the High and Low and
therefore do not represent the current rate of change. The may match at
times if the current reading is the high or low for the specified
      period.

      ---

      24) Added wildcard file support to FTP uploads. With a single FTP action
you can upload any number of files matching the wildcard string you
      supply.

      25) Changed the destination for Hamweather uploads from Hamweather.com
      to PWSweather.com.

      26) Added Delta/Hi low tool tips showing the time between the high and
low and the rate of change calculation from the high to low.
