Contacts that qualify for "Random" during the Spring Rally can be
counted towards the "Random QSO Award". This is a good opportunity for
those working towards the RQA to work some new ones while participating
      in the contest.

      Snip:
      2. Only Initial Random contacts January 1, 2004 or later are creditable
      for (RQA) purposes.
. Initial Random contacts are those completed using two and six meters
during (1) Saturday Random Hours (2) WSJT Fall / Winter Sprints (3)
      Announced WSJTGROUP Activity Periods.

For complete rules on the RQA go to:
      http://www.qsl.net/wa5ufh/WSJTGROUP/WSJTGROUP.htm

The Saturday Random Hour Schedule will continue during the Rally Period
for the associated Saturdays on May 1 & May 8th. During the Rally don't
forget to use your "Grid" as the report while operating Random Hour. A
review of the Rally rules regarding recommended procedures for working
random contacts is encouraged. A gentle reminder for those operating
"Unassisted"; no viewing of the Ping Jockey Page during the contest is
permitted (Even during the Random Hour) however, stations operating
"Assisted" can make "Random Contacts" that qualify for the RQA and The
Rally.(See the Rally rules for complete details of qualifying random
      contacts)
