      If your GPS is 6 seconds off it has a problem. A GPS is considered a stratum1 device and is considered to be the same level of accuracy when locked onto 3 or more birds as the atomic clock itself for time and frequency standard. We use GPS to clock all sorts of critical events, programs, and circuits worldwide as well as a frequency standard for T1/E1 and 5MHz/10MHz.!
