      Hi Steve,
I use an FT-736R (actually two of them 1 on 2m and the other on 6m). Had no trouble connecting them up.
On one I take the audio from the "data" plug on the back, on the other I use the "speaker out". I had trouble with audio levels on one of the computers, that's why the different arrangement.
If your rigblaster has the 8 pin microphone connector then it should just be plug and play.
Let me know if you have a specific question.

I have my Icom 756pro up and running on 6 meters with a rigblaster
pro, the Icom CT-17 interface, etc.  Now, I want to also get on two
and 222 MHZ with my Yaesu.  Has anyone interfaced to this radio?  I
don't really want to strip all the connections from my rigblaster
cna computer when I change bands.  Any suggestions would be
appreciated.  I searched in the archives for FT-736 and got no
      response.
