          Group:

A while back with JT65-HF, it seemed that 2 meter JT65 terrestrial had settled on 144.176 MHz as the QRG to use as was mentioned in the previous post. I think it makes sense to use 144.178 MHz for JT9 terrestrial as that is +2 kHz above the "standard" JT65 2m terrestrial QRG and can make use of the +2kHz checkbox. I personally have never completed a 2m JT65 QSO though I did find one person to attempt it a few times, but I don't have a very strong 2m station.

6m JT65 terrestrial, like 2m, can't use the lowest 100 kHz due to it being CW only. Most 6m JT65 terrestrial contacts normally take place at a QRG of 50.276 MHz except for Japan where I've seen spots listed at 50.330 MHz.

          Ron:

The only software I know of for JT9 operation is WSJT-X. And it also does JT65 as well (if you're using v1.1 or later).

You can change the default frequencies for the bands in the Setup -> Configuration. The third tab is "Band Settings" and all you need to do is change the frequency next to the 2m box.
