RH & Pings less than 300msec. using FSK441C

      The below data supports Bob's concern and it is frustrating during
      random hour,where messages are actually longer, to have so many partial
      messages. It also makes it more difficult for those trying to call cq
      using the Up | Dn method with so many pings less than 300msec and all
      the text not fitting.

      For Six Meter RH 4/24 I copied 413 lines of decoded text. Actually that
      is a tribute to how well WSJT performs but I wonder if B mode or A mode
      would not be better.

      With my decodes for Saturday six meter random hour 302 decoded lines
      were less than 300msec in width. That accounts for about 73% of the
      decoded pings.

      With this data, it appears that FSK441C is a little slow for most of the
      pings I encountered during this 1 hour session.
