      In short yes you use VAC2

       

      Also to key the radio via the WSJT software or for that matter almost any of the digital mode software you can use DDUTIL

       

      This will allow you to have comm ports talk with each other.

      You’ll also need to install a virtual comm. port manager I use VSP manager

       

      You need to create comm. port pairs

       

      Then in DDUTIL you tell it which ports to use

      The same setup can be used by other digital modes as well

       

      Simply create a com port pairing and add it to the DDUTIL software then when you use that mode it will be setup

       

      One other thing I have been doing is creating a TX profile for each digital mode , this allows me to always have the correct input and output audio levels for that mode.
