Some migrants are now moving through Fravert Reservoir. Fravert is across
from the Rifle Forest Service station, with watchable wildlife signs
directing you from Highway 13. Blue Grosbeaks are still singing and
Eastern Kingbirds still present. This morning a Northern Waterthrush
showed itself and gave a brief bursts on song. It was along the south shore
just beyond the CDOW gate.
