      Hi all,

Back in cool Colorado for a few days.. (until Tuesday).

Spring Park Reservoir an impressive sight.. 30% frozen and 1000's of waterfowl ..

In approximate descending order of abundance American Wigeon, Coot, Mallard, Gadwall, Redhead, Lesser Scaup, Ring-n.Duck, Pintail, Green-winged Teal, Northern Pintail, Northern Shoveler, Eared Grebe, Ruddy Duck, TUNDRA SWAN 6 adults, one apparently lacking yellow on bill, Hooded Merganser 3, Barrow's Goldeneye 3, Common Goldeneye 1.

Nearby, at Ranch at Roaring Fork, the adult TRUMPETER SWAN again - and still sporting its rounded feathering at base of bill, looking very much as when I photographed it at the end of last winter.

At the house, several Lesser Goldfinch - presumably looking to winter again.

      Good birding
