From 2pm until 3:30pm it was windy and quiet at Devils Kitchen. Once the wind started to die down, birds began to sing. First House Finch and Spotted Towhee. At about 4:10pm the Black-chinned Sparrow began to sing and showed himself. I was also able to dig out one Black-throated Sparrow a little further up the trail along with some other common birds. Good Birding!
