      - Bryan Adams, better known to wrestling fans around as Crush, passed away
at age 43. WWE.COM broke the story earlier but not other information
regarding his death has been released. Adams first made his debut with the
then WWF as the third member of Demolition. Adams stayed with the company
for just a year, leaving after WrestleMania VII but later returned in 1992
using just the name Crush. In 1995, while portraying a heel gimmick, he was
arrested in Hawaii after purchasing steroids and for possession of an
illegal stun gun. Crush later joined the Nation of Domination and was then
released in 1997 following the Montreal screw job incident. From 1998 till
2001 he was part of WCW and then joined WWE again after the company
purchased WCW as a tag team Kronik with partner Bryan Clark. He was released
      from WWE in November 2001.

      - The Associated Press covered the Adam 'Pacman' Jones' debut with TNA
Wrestling yesterday at the Hard Justice pay-per-view. The same article was
carried by ESPN.COM. During the show, Jones was confronted by the returning
Ron Killings and the two ended up in a war of words. Killings tried to enter
the ring but hired extras wearing police shirts stopped the former NWA
champion from making contact with the suspended NFL superstar. Later in the
broadcast, Jones was shown on the floor after being allegedly attacked by
someone off camera and was then put into an ambulance in a stretcher. Jones
was supposed to be wrestling during his TNA stint but a court order by the
Titans prevented him from getting in the ring. On Friday, representatives
from the football team, TNA and Jones' attorney came to an agreement after a
six hour meeting which allowed Jones to appear on the PPV but not to have
any body contact whatsoever during any of his TNA appearances.

      - RAW tonight is broadcast live from the mecca of professional wrestling,
Madison Square Garden in New York City. The main event will be a tag team
match featuring the WWE champion John Cena teaming up with the
Intercontinental champion Umaga to take on the number one contender Randy
Orton and his partner Carlito. Also on the show Jerry Lawler will be
crowning King Booker after last week's defeat which brings the rumors of
Triple H, the King of Kings, appearing for the first time since suffering
his knee injury back in January. Triple H and King Booker will be wrestling
at SummerSlam. Mick Foley and the Iron Sheik are also backstage at Madison
Square Garden along with former boxing champion Evander Holyfield. It's not
known who will appear on what show as Saturday Night's Main Event will also
be taping tonight prior to RAW.

      - Former WWE tag team champion Sylvain Grenier was released by World
Wrestling Entertainment earlier today. Grenier made his debut with WWE at No
Way Out in 2003 as a referee during The Rock vs Hulk Hogan match. In April
of that year, he was teamed up with fellow French Canadian René Duprée and
were given the name of La Résistance. He was transferred from RAW to
Smackdown! during the draft in 2005 where he spent two years wrestling for
the brand. In January of 2007 he was arrested for speeding on the way to
television tapings and was later released on a $200 bond. Just a month
later, he was then transferred to ECW forming La Résistance again with Rob
Conway for a very short stint. He resurfaced on Smackdown! just last week
      sporting a new gimmick.
