The feeling is almost the same as some magician waves his wand and woof . here comes a surprise (which eventually turns out to be a shock at the end of the day) and then another and another and the story goes on.Obscurity generates fear; disinformation disables best of our abilities; darkness crushes the very inside of us; nights could be pleasing but for a very short chunk of time. That is why most of the people keep on waiting for a new sun every night. The first step to defeat your enemy is to make him feel you are stronger even than his imagination; you win if you keep him in dark. Successful are those whose vision is not blurred by darkness. Propaganda and misinformation are the most powerful tools which play the most effective role everywhere in every type of war. Unfortunately, for the last many years Pakistan has been the worst target of these modern war-tools. Everyday, every moment there is something startling and upsetting, whizzing around painfully, circling viciously the innocent people of Pakistan; not only the people of Pakistan but also the friends of Pakistan. America is no doubt My Best Friend of Pakistan; a friend who is ever ready and ever eager to help in every moment of distress and turmoil but there is always a lack of confidence and trust hidden somewhere behind this cordial relation ship. America embraces Pakistan but sometimes it seems an unwilling-hug and a kiss without passions. This atmosphere of distrust and misunderstandings is certainly the result of agonizing hue and cry raised by those who are not in favour of the Pak-Us friendship.TORONTO: Grave concern was expressed for the Urdu language by leading intellectuals and dignitaries at a selected Eid Milan gathering organized by Urdu Club Canada.Himayat Ali Shair, a world renowned Urdu poet and personality, said: Urdu language has no future, is dying and bound to end. In Pakistan, where Urdu is the national language, it is dying. People are following the trend of Urdu mixed with English, giving it a new touch but destroying the tone and taste of Urdu. The leaked report makes a case for sending additional troops to Afghanistan or else the conflict will likely result in failure; it says. Besides taking a candid stock of the obtaining environment, the assessment points out succinctly to the manner in which an unbridled Indian interference is pushing the chaos in Afghanistan to the extent of being intractable. Expressing a rare understanding, the report tacitly acknowledges the Pakistani imperatives to counter the Indian moves on the Afghan chessboard in order to safeguard its vital national interests.Read more...

Poverty reflects a condition in which an individual fails to maintain a living standard sufficient for his physical and mental existence. Renowned economist, Adam Smith remarks, Man is rich or poor according to the degree in which he can afford to enjoy the necessities, the conveniences and the amusements of human life. Although India has rapidly been making progress in modern technologies-especially arms and ammunition with the help of the US-led western countries, yet it has the worlds largest number of poor people. According to a report, of its more than 1 billion inhabitants, nearly 260.3 million are below the poverty line, of which 193.2 million are in the rural areas and 67.1 million are in urban areas. More than 75% of poor people reside in villages. Poverty level is not uniform across India. It is below 10% in states like Delhi, Goa, and Punjab etc. whereas it is below 50% in Bihar 43% and in Orissa 47%. It is between 30-40% in Northeastern states of Assam, Tripura, and Mehgalaya and in Southern states of Tamil Nadu and Uttar Pradesh.More Articles.http://www.markthetruth.com/pakistan-a-the-world/147-officers-corruption-shattered-indian-army-confidence.htmlhttp://www.markthetruth.com/defence-a-military/145-obamas-duality-encourages-indian-nuclear-ambitions.htmlhttp://www.markthetruth.com/pakistan-a-the-world/144-the-dismemberment-of-usa-enough-similarities.htmlhttp://www.markthetruth.com/minority-issues-in-india/141-indias-fake-encounters-and-spurious-dossiers.htmlhttp://www.markthetruth.com/defence-a-military/145-obamas-duality-encourages-indian-nuclear-ambitions.htmlhttp://www.markthetruth.com/component/content/article/15-palestine-conflict/134-obama-weighs-options-on-israel.htmlGenesis of limited war and emerging threat By Asif Haroon Raja
