      Getting a Mac ROM isn't the problem it would seem, since it is simply a
      file that is part of Mac OS 9. Mac's ROM's were migrated to being part
      of the OS around the time of Mac clones to make cloning easier for clone
      manufacturers. It was kept as part of the OS, and loaded into RAM on
      startup, to improve performance, even after the death of Mac clones.

      Look in your OS 9 System Folder --> Mac OS ROM.
