Group Description

This is for women who once and for all times want to get fit and healthy. I am a sedentary woman who is 59 pounds overweight, that is 1 pound for every year of age! I am looking for like minded women to share challenges, goals, motivation and inspiration with. Lets find a weight we are happy with, get with an excercise program, find what works and what doesn't with these bodies, maybe reduce our Rx's if we're on them for diabetes, high blood pressure etc.
This is a very active group, topics frequently go off topic as a lot of us become friends, and generally the number one reason people leave is too much mail. We generally average at least 35 to 40 messages a day. Feel free to set your email for digest or even no mail and read it on the web.
