RE: Ducal Prize
- Nope. I have a box, table, chair, and sunshade.
Some of the stuff in the trailer could be handy- like the whiteboard &
markers, so if you wanna toss that in the back of your truck when you come
in, it would be nice. Or maybe an extra cheir, that sort of stuff.
You don't happen to have a copy of the KHTI waiver, do you? Anyone out
there have one?
But OTOH- how about Purg? I will be available most of Purg. I do have to
be in Court.<g>

Excellent! Thank you.
Do you need the trailer? If so, let me know, otherwise I won't bring it.

Dont just search. Find. Check out the new MSN Search!
- I am hoping to show up early to mid afternoon on Friday (assuming Greyhound does not mess up like it did in 2011). I'll be going to Bardic in the evening, so I can help until then, also maybe Sat. AM.
I still need to be made "official" having tried to get that done for a while.

Generally we close gate about 10 pm sat, and late afternoon Sunday, when its closed up finally. I leave right after the Big Auction on Sunday .

Happy, since you checked in first, would you be willing to take point and be my representative on site for any constabulary questions. For those times you will need to be gone, feel free to tag another constable to be "in charge"... very true that this is not an official West Kingdom event, it is co-sponcered with KHTI, and is riding on our insurance. I have already approved the fire pit plan for a stone fire pit at Cazbah.

Also I have a friend that is willing to start helping with gate! (WOOT!) I know it is not an "official" SCA event though. I would hope to see some of you in Woodland. I am sorry I couldn't get to Purg and have heard some good things already and I am sad I missed it.
