      I don't know if anyone else is going to do this, but
      when Chris gets back next week I for one will suggest
      that reorg points spent on a unit accumulate until the
      end of the reorg step. Although I feel fixing
      production ai to be more important (I spent about an
      hour last night just on the CW trying to get it to use
      the CPs intelligently).
