One of the things I found incredibly frustrating with Radio UserLand was
the inability to scan a page of RSS aggregation and delete all the
elements on that page without having to click the checkbox for each one.
Yes, there's a way to delete all the RSS elements, but no way to scan a
page of elements, delete those en masse, scan the next page, delete
those en masse, and so on. Seems like a simple "Select all on page"
would just about do it. Can we get that added to 7.1?
