      We just landed a $14 million contract and have a couple more waiting in the
      wings. As such, we plan to add 35 people to our team this year alone, which

      We are seeking a Global UX Practice Lead to develop the overall creative
      leadership and vision for our company, and increase our visibility and
      credibility as an outstanding creative partner for clients. In this role,
      you will lead and grow the user experience and creative teams, push for
      higher creative standards, identify and take advantage of emerging
      creative opportunities, and play a strong leadership role in business
      development, senior client relationships, and firm management
      relationships.

      The ideal candidate for this role will have 10-15 years' experience in
      large-scale user experience/creative management, developing online
      communications for major brands, as well as:.

      - Phenomenal presentation skills
      - Consulting environment experience such as: Razorfish, Scient, iXL,
      Viant, Molecular, iBM interactive, Digitas, Organic, Deloitte, you get
      the picture.
      - Proven experience building a UX/Experience Design practice
      - Significant experience working closely with account, media, UX,

      We are seeking a bold, forward thinking Director, UX Design to lead our
      high-performing team of UX Designers and Designers that will deliver
      innovative end-to-end design work on various consulting engagements for
      Fortune 1000 companies. This is a hands-on role that includes providing
      direction to the Design team while also participating in discovery
      workshops, design research, early-stage ideation, iterative interaction
      design and information architecture design, visual design, design
      presentations, and everything in between. It also occasionally includes
      directing the team on implementation of interactive design prototypes, and
      handing-off of code and knowledge to implementation teams.


      *The ideal candidate will have:*

      - Proven leadership in the User Experience profession


      - 7 - 10 years of hands-on User Experience Design experience
      (wireframes, graphics, and icons); 3+ years at manager level or 1+ year
      at director level

      - Passion and knowledge of following emerging trends in the industry,
