We're looking for a Staff Business Analyst to join the Mint.com team. This position is located at Intuit in Mountain View and will be working with a great entrepreneurial team, and for an analytically minded finance leader.
This person will be the head of web analytics for Mint.com and will lead web analytics technical implementations from initial ideas to valid data. There is also a heavy emphasis on driving testing to understand incremental benefit from different experiences.

Complete implementation of Omniture
Use SQL to query click stream Data Warehouse to analyze visitor behavior.
Identify tracking and reporting gaps and develop solutions that enable us to meet business goals.
Ensures solutions are scalable, repeatable, effective, and meet the expectations of the business partner.
Build reporting utilities, management reports, spreadsheet models and ad-hoc queries to support business analysis.
Perform holistic, complex pan website analyses that incorporate multiple sources of data and include insights and recommendations (Excel, BI tools, clicks tream analytics and qualitative data).
Drive core insights from the data to suggest, create, and execute multivariate or a/b tests to drive fundamental changes to the site experience.
Create and deliver effective, persuasive verbal and written presentations for business leaders.
Help the Business Unit leader drive change efforts to implement solutions, including the associated culture changes.
Lead workshops or learning sessions focused on teaching analysis, web analytics, web testing and other technical concepts.
A minimum of three years of implementing and working with standard paid clickstream analysis tools: Omniture (required), WebTrends, HBX, Visual Sciences, or CoreMetrics.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in advanced web analytics methodologies such as experimentation and testing, competitive analysis, surveys and market research
Five plus years of experience in using the Microsoft Office suite with very strong Excel skills; MS Access skills a plus
High level of expertise (3+ years) with Business Intelligence tools, such as Brio, Business Objects, MicroStrategy, Cognos etc with experience writing and tuning sql queries in a online or offline environment.
Using strong analytical skills - provide insights, as well as recommendations, for changes and convince key Intuit decision makers of business benefits of the proposed solutions.
Demonstrated ability to draw conclusions from customer behavior using available data then influence changes on the website.
Provides strong leadership to peer teams to solve complex analytics challenges
Communicates effectively to senior managementdirectors, BU/FG leaders.
Understands complex web ecosystems and best practices and applies this knowledge to their work
Experience developing and gaining acceptance for proposed solutions and business cases with senior level technical and business leaders
Bachelor's degree (MBA or Computer Science Degree preferred)
