      This person must have web site campaign optimization (specifically
      online media campaigns) for an advertising agency or publisher.

      The role of the Campaign Optimization Specialist is to head up the
      data and analytics practice by driving strategic thinking and
      insights across multiple clients. This is accomplished by pulling
      and analyzing weekly campaign performance metrics, providing
      optimization recommendation and putting together final campaign
      performance learnings to help improve future projects. Along with
      this, the Campaign Optimization Specialist role is to drive the
      Digital Communications business forward by streamlining the reporting
      and analytics process by developing cutting-edge systems and tools.


      Responsibilities:

      • Project supervision of project based data and analytics
      • Collaborating with clients to develop clear business and
      measurement objectives
      • Conceptualizing and communicating strategic solutions
      • Applying various quantitative methods to analyze and interpret
      information from multiple data sources

      people with various backgrounds, with and without rigorous analytic
      experience. He/she will bring qualities such as intellectual
      curiosity, determination and creativity to our client work. We seek
      highly motivated individuals with a strong record of professional
      achievement. Other skills include:

      • Ability to work well under pressure
      • Ability to prioritize many different projects simultaneously

      Qualifications:

      • 2+ years of business experience working in Interactive/Technology
      Consulting, Management Consulting, Marketing or Advertising.
      • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics,
      Marketing, Computer Science or equivalent experience
      • Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques, segmentation,
      research, lifetime value, ROI
      • Experience in program measurement (online and/or offline), test
      design and financial modeling a plus
      • Experience writing and presenting proposals or reviewing strategy
      projects to clients and internal senior management

      Computer Skills:

      • Fluency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel
      • Experience with SAS, SPSS or other data manipulation tools a plus
