      Job Description: Director, Corporate Performance/Web Analytics

      This position is responsible for managing the collection, consolidation,
      condensation and communication of business information, both internally
      for the purposes of corporate management and externally, to meet
      client-driven needs for information.

      Responsibilities include:
      •Creating an inventory of internal information needs and external
      information commitments;
      •Organizing in a holistic fashion the collection of data inputs to
      power all corporate reporting;
      •Managing the business requirements for the systems and applications
      necessary for all aspects of business information extraction, collation,
      storage and reporting;
      •Developing an information dissemination strategy that meets the
      needs of the business in a cost-effective and timely manner;
      •Organizing corporate communications and training to help end-users
      effectively tap into and leverage internal reports and applications; and
      •Driving the company to richer insight on its over-all performance
      and making the company an indispensable purveyor of information to its
      advertising clients.
      •Communicating and analyzing overall web site metrics, including
      traffic, page views, revenue, paid marketing, and segmentation behavior.

      Requirements include:
      •5+ years of business intelligence management experience for an
      Internet company
      •MBA preferred
      •Significant experience with business intelligence technologies,
      including data warehousing, business intelligence reporting platforms
      •Strong software analytical and modeling skills
      •Proven record of effective communication skills
      •Having a strong network so as to be able to recruit a bench of
      performers
