Manager of Web Analytics
TheStreet.com, a leading multimedia provider of financial commentary,
analysis, research and news, is seeking a Manager of Web/Marketing
Analytics to join our Reporting and Analysis team.
Support analytical requests for information from different
business units, including editorial, marketing, advertising sales,
and business development.
Online audience tracking and development: analyze the
competitive landscape in regards to traffic, track and compare
traffic drivers to competitive sites, and recommend enhancements to
increase traffic based on research.
Create consistent reports and make actionable recommendations
based on them.
Develop, communicate, and manage new approaches toward
understanding and using metrics to help achieve improved program
Identify efficiencies, synergies and consistencies in
Interpret and present findings in an understandable manner
for non-analytical audiences, key business managers and executives.
BA/BS degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
At least 2 years experience with Web reporting and analytics.
2 years experience with Web analytics platforms (Omniture,
Coremetrics, Hit Box, etc.)
Experience with Omniture's Site Catalyst a plus.
Working knowledge of and experience with marketing practices
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proven experience delivering accurate results and meeting work plans
Ability to prioritize, multi-task and respond to new
priorities as needed.
Ability to work with teammates.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Strong written and
verbal communication skills.
