      Hey Chico,

While viewing one user session, I saw him/her mouse over the same page over and over again, hovering here and there, fast-scrolling, .... this went on for minutes. I couldn't for the life of me figure out what he/she was looking for. Finally, just seconds before the session ended, the visitor moved up to the search engine and typed in a search for content that is actually in an entire other section of our website. The visitor NEVER looked at the primary navigation and spent several minutes before using the search engine. I found that one visit observation to be as valuable as anything I've gained from my web analytics tools. I certainly don't want to discount my web-based analytics provider, because they provide me amazing data. But I NEVER would have known that users would go to that section to find that information. So I'll actually be very happy to see Robot Replay come out of beta (with it's many bugs worked out), to see what else I learn!

Has anyone done any serious analysis with this tool?
Can we infer some meaning into someone mousing over a particular link
or piece of text? Sort of blurs the distinction between quantitative
      and qualitative data doesn't it?
