I have several gig of logs in a version of clf that it doesn't seem
      webalizer supports.

      My logs are like
      213.228.54.252 - - [12/Feb/2004:00:11:50 -0800]
      "GET /nav_images/logo-top.gif HT TP/1.1" 200 5819
      "Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.5; Windows 98; FREE)"
      "http:// www.hotels.travelmall.com/" 0

      compared to the more usual
      gosax9-154.dialup.optusnet.com.au - - [13/Feb/2004:00:02:40 +1100]
      "GET /css/oztravel.css HTTP/1.1" 200 1516
      "http://www.oztravel.com.au/travel_mall/mainpages/TM_accom.html"
      "Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1)"

That is, the referrer and agent are swapped.

Is there an easy way to get webalizer to handle the referrer and agent
properly so as to get those reports correctly labelled, or does this
non-C programmer have to dive into the source?

        Hello,

I personnaly think the easiest way for you to solve this issue si to write
some kind of script to reorder fields in your log, before to feed them
        to webalizer.

        bye,
