      Below are the results.  I am new to this group and didn't know if the members can get attachments, but I attached my actual log file (ex020930.log in zip format as it was too big to send to this group) and  .conf file of the WEBALIZER execution.  In my testing, I have deleted the .history and .current files so that is why you will see the messages "History file not found..." and "Previous run data not found...", I believe.

        LogType iis
         
        but read my sample.conf in Zip distribution, there are somes new options near end of file (last lines)

              In the .conf file,  delete the # as the first character of the LOGTYPE parameter and change the 'clf' to 'iis'.
               
              The default .conf file comes with the line like this:
               
              #LogType   clf
               
              Change it to this:
               
              LogType    iis
               
              It worked for me just fine!!
