I have log files from IIS and need to add 10 hours to
the time. I converted the IIS files to clf by using
convlog -ie *.log -t ncsa:+1000 , example of results
      are below

      206.128.221.22 - - [07/Jul/2002:14:00:34 +1000] "GET
      /default.asp HTTP/1.1" 200 0
      206.128.221.22 - - [07/Jul/2002:14:00:36 +1000] "GET
      /scripts/screensize.js HTTP/1.1" 200 1951
      206.128.221.22 - - [07/Jul/2002:14:00:38 +1000] "GET
      /badsize.html HTTP/1.1" 200 3271
      206.128.221.22 - - [07/Jul/2002:14:00:39 +1000] "GET
      /images/arrow.gif HTTP/1.1" 200 291

For some reason when I view the hourly usage the graph
has not changed(no shift in time). I have tried 1)
changing the GMTTime option to yes and no
      2) using the win32 and Linux vesion of webalizer
      3) deleting everything in the output dir and starting
      fresh.

      Can somebody please help!!!!!
