      Description: Ponderosa Hills (6 km rated 2 and 10 km rated 3). Walk
      on sidewalks and street shoulders, with one section of dirt road,
      through residential and rural areas of the Ponderosa. No, you will not
      see the cast of Bonanza riding by, but you will walk by small ranches.
      The Tower Mountain option is 18 km and rated 4. Those selecting this
      option will walk 4 km from the start point to the trailhead for Tower
      Mountain. Next there is 10 km on the mountain before walking the final 4
      km back to the start/finish. Walk the Ponderosa is suitable for
      strollers but not wheelchairs. Pets are permitted but not in the church.

      Road, turn right on Schafer Road, continue to Sundown. Turn right to
      Bascetta Lane, turn right and go to the back of the church and park on
      the gravel driveway leading to the church.

      Description: Register for regular entry price with the Vancouver USA
      Marathon for the 5K, Half Marathon, or Marathon distances. The 5K will
      only be held on Saturday, 6/18/11. The marathon and half marathon will
      only be held on Sunday 6/19. Marathon walkers must be able to complete
      the marathon within the 7 hour time limit. Otherwise, they should
      register for the half marathon or the 5K. Registration for the marathon
      or half is limited to 5000 participants. The route will be closed to
      traffic and the full registration price includes a tech shirt for the
      half marathon and marathon, after party and more. Registrants must pick
      up their packets at the Expo on 6/17 or 6/18 at the Vancouver Hilton
      Hotel expo. At that time, they may register for volkssport credit for $3
      at the Discovery Walk Festival booth within the Expo. 5K registrants can
      get their IVV books stamped at the booth after completing the 5K on
      Saturday. Marathon and half marathon participants may get their books
      stamped at the volkssport finish table within the finish area.
