      5,7,10,12 & 20 km Walks and Bike (20 and 28K)
      Start Point:
      8:00am - noon start time (finish by 3:00pm) (Saturday)
      8:00am - 11:00am start time (finish by 2:00pm) (Sunday)
      Renton Community Center, Renton, WA.
      Directions: From I-405 (southbound) to Exit #4 (Renton-Enumclaw). Go
      through the first stoplight, then turn left on Maple Valley Highway
      (South 169). Pass under I-405 and turn right at the second light. Follow
      the entrance driveway to the large parking lot. The Renton Community
      Center, Henry Moses Aquatic Center and Carco Theatre share the same
      parking lot. From I-405 (northbound) to Exit #4 (Maple Valley-Enumclaw).
      This exit will divide. Take the first exit to Maple Valley-Enumclaw
      (South 169). At the stop sign at the end of the off ramp, turn right. At
      the second stoplight turn right. Follow the entrance driveway to the
      large parking lot.
      Information: Walk on sidewalks, paved paths and park trails. Explore the
      history of Renton and New Renton through Downtown, parks and along the
      Cedar River Trail. 20K explores the new Seahawk Training Facility. 12K
      Town Walk will climb Renton Hill for terrific views. 20K Walkers need to
      start before 10:30AM.
      Walk Distance and Trail: 5/7/10/12*/20 km Trail rating (1)(*12K Rating 3
      for Renton Hill).
      Miscellaneous: Restrooms and water are available at the start point.
      They will also be found at parks or checkpoint(s) along the route. The
      5K and 7K walks are suitable for strollers and wheelchairs. Pets are
      welcome on the 5K, 7K, 10K, 12K and 20K. (Coulon Park does not allow
      dogs, alt route can be provided)
      Award: IVV credit only is only $3.00. Free walkers are welcome but must
      register, carry a start card and return it. You may walk twice the same
      day on the same start card. Insert cards will be available. All
      participants must sign the insurance waiver form.
